2cupsFrozen Berries I used Costco's Super Fruit Blend mix. It contains strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate
1cupYogurt
1cupWater
1tspVanilla Essence
Instructions
Add the frozen berry mix, water, yogurt and vanilla essence and blend until smooth.
That's it. Berry yogurt smoothie is ready. Easy huh?
Notes
I usually use the frozen berries as is. If you thaw them, you can add some ice cubes to make it thick or you can skip ice cubes if you do not prefer it chilled.
If required add sugar or honey for additional sweet.
