1Mango medium-sized, chopped
1cupPineapple chopped
3Lycheedeseed and chop them roughly
1tbspChia seeds
1tbspProtein powder of your choice as per the label measurement, I used vanilla flavored one, optional

Instructions
Blend everything together in a regular blender and thats it yummy smoothie with chia seeds its ready.
