Ingredients
½cupPearl Millet Flour
¼cupPowdered/Grated Jaggery
⅛tspCardamom Powder
4tbspMelted Ghee
Instructions
Prep-Work:
Make the homemade pearl millet flour as mentioned in this post, or you can use store-bought one as well. You can dry the store-bought for a couple of minutes, but that is optional.
Melt the ghee and set aside.
Steps:
Pulse the kambu flour, jaggery, and cardamom in a mixer jar. This step ensures that all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Take this in a big plate and two tbsps of ghee and mix it thoroughly.
Now take a small batch, and add little ghee and shape it into a small round ball. Press the laddu tightly so that it stays intact.
Similarly, make laddus with the remaining flour.

Notes
You can use any millet flour and prepare laddu in the same way. Instead of jaggery, you can include sugar.
Add ghee as required while making the laddu.
You can add powdered/crushed nuts or whole nuts as well. I kept it nut-free and also simple with minimal ingredients.
If you include nuts, add little extra ghee while shaping the laddus.
