2tspsTurmeric Powder
2tspsGround Black Pepperadjust according to your spice preference
1tbspPalm Sugar
Instructions
Add the turmeric powder, pepper powder and the milk in a saucepan and simmer it for about three to four minutes over medium heat. Keep stirring in between and do not let the milk to overflow. If you are using non-pasteurised milk, then bring it to a full boil.
After four minutes, turn off the heat.
Add the palm sugar and mix it until it is well-combined.
Serve hot.
Notes
As the milk cools, the turmeric powder gets deposited in the bottom so heat and stir well before serving.
Adjust the sugar and pepper according to your preference.
