Ingredients
1.5cupsChopped Aloe VeraGel part
2cupsWater
1pieceGinger2-inch
4tspsSugaror as required
1Lemonmedium sized
Instructions
Cut the aloe vera and extract the gel part alone. I am still learning to chop it correctly. I had to chop in multiple steps to extract the gel. Make sure you are only using the middle portion.
Peel the ginger skin and chop it roughly.
Blend the chopped aloe, ginger along with water.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the sugar.
Mix it well. Strain the juice and refrigerate.
Notes
Serving Suggestions:Too much intake of aloe juice and gel is not recommendable. So I would suggest diluting the prepared juice further with little more water. I took ¾ cup of the ready juice and mixed quarter more cup of water before serving.Notes:
You can adjust the amount of ginger, sugar and, lemon as per your preference.
