Mix the all-purpose flour and water and add this to the crockpot soup mix.
Stir in the cream as well.
Cook this on high mode for 30 minutes.
And that's it. Cream of Celery soup is ready.
Top it up with butter and serve hot.
Pressure Cooker Method:
Add the chopped onion, celery, potato to the pressure pan or cooker.
Add the vegetable broth, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Mix and let it cook for up to 3 whistles and then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 20 more minutes. Ignore the whistle count during this step.

Transfer this to the big pot/pan and let it simmer over low heat.

Notes
Adjust the salt and spice as per your preference.
Instead of mashing the celery mix, you can grind it as well. You can replace cream with low-fat milk or 2% milk.
We prefer thyme flavor in this soup. But you can add fresh thyme, oregano or sage or the dried herb mix too.
You can include carrot as well, and that adds a tinge of sweetness and color to this soup.
