Making a pumpkin spice latte at home is quite easy! Here is my vegan pumpkin spice latte recipe with instant coffee!

– 1 tsp instant coffee granules – ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice – 1 tbsp pumpkin puree – 2 tbsp hot water – ½ tsp vanilla extract – 240 ml almond milk – 2 tsp sugar or to taste – 2 tbsp Plant-based whipped topping as required, optional

Step 1

Mix the instant coffee granules, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract with two tbsp of hot water. Ensure the coffee granules are combined well.

Step 2

Bring almond milk to a gentle boil in a saucepan.

Step 3

Add the sugar, followed by the coffee-pumpkin puree mix. Gently mix.

Step 4

Bring it to a gentle simmer and turn off the heat.

Step 5

Pour the latte into serving glasses, add the whipped topping, sprinkle some ground cinnamon, and serve warm.
