You will need:

– 12 ounces Fresh Cranberries – 1 tbsp Orange Zest – ⅔ cup Water – ⅓ cup Cane Sugar – ¼ cup White Sugar – ¼ cup Old Fashioned Syrup – 1 tsp Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp Lemon Juice

– Firstly, add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well.

Step 1

– Cook on high mode and mash the cranberries. Taste the sauce and if required add more sugar or syrup. – Then set the slow cooker on low mode and cook. – Mash it again and that’s it. The sauce is ready.
