– Heat a pan or skillet and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms, salt, onion powder, garlic powder.
– Mix well and let the mushrooms wilt a bit. Then add the chipotle chili flakes.
– Cook the mushrooms until there is no moisture. Set these mushrooms aside.
– Toast the bread in your preferred way. I used my toaster. Place the cheese slice on top of the bread.
– Now add the required amount of the cooked mushroom.
– Microwave this until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
