Instructions

Simple & easy-to-follow

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer as per the manufacturer’s instructions. I preheated mine at 370 deg F for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the chopped potatoes and the cauliflower florets.

Step 2

Add the oil, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, and garam masala.

Step 3

Mix well and ensure you have coated the spices evenly.

Step 4

Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil and place the potatoes and cauliflower. Spread them evenly. Air fry at 370 deg F for 14 minutes, shaking once halfway through around 7 minutes.

Step 5

After 14 minutes of cooking, transfer the potatoes and cauliflower into the mixing bowl and add the crushed kasoori methi.

Step 6

Mix well and add it back into the air fryer basket. Now increase the temperature to 400 deg F and air fry for 2 minutes. That’s it, the aloo gobi masala is ready. Serve it hot with rice or roti.
