– 2 mangoes I used ataulfo mangoes, and they weighed 466 gms. – 1 cup cashew milk yogurt or yogurt of your choice – ¼ tsp cardamom powder or to taste – ½ cup water optional. Add as required Measurement details: 1 cup = 240ml; 1 tbsp = 15ml; 1 tsp = 5ml.

Simple & easy-to-follow

– Peel the mango skin and cut the flesh into chunks. I got about 270 grams of mango flesh. – In a blender, add the mango pulp, yogurt, and the cardamom powder. – Blend it thoroughly. I used my Blendtec and used the smoothie setting.

– Now check the consistency and add water. I added about ½ cup of water and pulsed it again. – Garnish it and serve right away. I garnished it with nuts and dried rose petals.
