Here is my second attempt in experimenting Kale. Basically I added all the fruits that I had in stock. I ended up adding Pear, Green apple, Mango and raspberries. Also this time I tried adding regular spinach.
So here is what I did,
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
Baby Kale – 10 leaves.
Spinach – ½ cup
Spinach – ½ cup
Pear – 1
Green apple – 1
Mango – 1
Raspberries – ¼ cup
Green apple – 1
Mango – 1
Raspberries – ¼ cup
Protein powder of your choice – 1 scoop (The one that I used was vanilla flavored)
Water – 1 cup
I peeled the skin of pear, green apple, mango and chopped them.
I used regular blender to process them together. And thats it kale juice is ready.
This tasted really good. :-)
