Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Crisp and tender Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with vegan Worcestershire sauce – my take on the vegetarian version of the steak recipe with cauliflower. A great plant-based entree to jazz up your party!

– 1 Medium Cauliflower Cut into two steaks as mentioned in the description – 2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil – ½ tsp Salt – ½ tsp Ground Pepper – ½ tsp Onion Powder – 1.5 tbsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

– Pre-heat the oven. – Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

– Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking tray lined with an aluminum foil or parchment paper.

– Brush the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mix.

– Bake it and remove it from the oven.

– Gently flip the steaks and brush the other side with the olive oil mix and bake it again.

– Now reduce the oven temperature. – Brush the cauliflower steaks with the vegan Worcestershire sauce and bake it.

– Carefully flip the steaks, and brush the other side with the sauce and bake it again.

– Serve it hot with the spinach salad.
