Step 1

Prepare the phyllo cups/shells. Preheat the oven, bake the shells and set them aside. Let them cool a bit.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, corn starch, gulkand, and rose syrup in a mixing bowl. 

Step 3

Using an electric hand mixer, whip the mix over medium speed until fluffy and creamy.

Scoop flavored cream cheese mix into the baked phyllo cups. Sprinkle some dried rose petals or nuts and serve immediately.
